ADRA identified a organizational strategy and governance need. It was based on understanding how Integrated Programming (IP) approaches are used across the global ADRA network.
Solution
FIFE provided its expertise in conducting a Global network survey through a qualitative analysis across ADRA regional offices such as ADRA Asia, ADRA Europe, ADRA MENA, and ADRA AFRO

- 1 Define IP.
- 2 Map IP projects.
- 3 Document lessons learned.
- 4 provide design/implementation guidelines.
Outcomes
- Identified key learnings (start small, flexible adaptation).
- Preliminary network-wide IP guidelines.
