Situation
Kronsberg Life Tower needed to relaunch its presence in Kronsberg, optimize youth engagement, and construct a 5-year strategy. For a tangible roadmap and clearer vision of operational capability and success there was need of a technical study to design a strategy for efficient action and measure of success.
Solution
FIFE provided strategic planning consulting using participatory methods to engage community members, local government, and development partners. The process included visioning exercises, stakeholder analysis, feasibility assessments, and development of an implementation roadmap.
