Situation
ADRA Albania being a humanitarian organiyation in Kruja region,and considering the living conditions of the Roma communities, a need to find a solution to their situation was expressed by ADRA Albania. There are observed educational vulnerability, school dropouts, and COVID-19 impacts on Roma communities and children in Kruja region.
Solution
In order to attain a well informed operational efficiency for ADRA Albania, FIFE provided the necessary technical support through a 3-step consultancy plan (Step 1: Training & Study Design; Step 2: Supervised Data Collection & Reporting; Step 3: Lessons Learned Workshop).
Objectives

- 2 Support ADRA Albania with study design.
- 3 Support ADRA Albania with supervision.
- 4 Support ADRA Albania with a lessons-learned workshop.
Outcomes
- Capacity building for ADRA Albania team.
- Delivery of an ex-ante study report on educational barriers
