Situation
Merging of EUD and TED regional offices necessitated evaluating the 2016–2021 strategy across 33 country offices. The purpose was evaluating the relevance of ADRA Europe's 5 Change Goals, evaluate the effectiveness of ADRA Europe's 5 Change Goals and provide realignment recommendations.
Solution
FIFE used a mixed-methods strategy evaluation using OECD-DAC criteria, survey questionnaires (63 respondents), and KIIs. Then the result would be obtaining demonstrated >90% goal achievement, increased cross-office collaboration and outlined priority focus areas in fundraising and advocacy.
