Situation 

The project evaluated started in 2014 to give vulnerable children who are deprived of formal education a chance to access education that ultimately aims to offer a better future.

Solution 

The objective was to review, evaluate and document the GTC projects’ appropriateness, effectiveness, and impact since the beginning of the project. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were employed. The methods included a review of existing project documents, interviews with project staff, semi-structured questionnaires for the beneficiary, expert interviews with some community leaders, teachers, and the principal, focus group discussions with Restovec children,  and observations.
