Situation
ADRA Afro wanted to tackle governance challenges that undermined ADRA operations in West and Central Africa. There was essential needs for formulating an operational policies/manual and drafting a 3-year strategic plan for the WCA Bureau.
Solution
FIFE came out with technical solution consisting of a structural governance reform, a policy manual development, and strategic budget rollout.
