Situation
Due to extreme poverty, food insecurity, and lack of basic services among ultra-poor families in rural eastern Savanette, Haiti, CLM decided to analyse the phenomenon through a study.
Solution
FIFE provided its technical expertise by conducting a hybrid mixed-methods study (desk review, field survey, key informant interviews) applying OECD-DAC criteria.
Objectives
- 1 Evaluate technical, operational, and financial feasibility of launching a CLM graduation project for 500 ultra-poor families.
Outcomes
- Confirmed high feasibility (€851k budget) with recommendations on financial management and social resilience.
