Situation
As KLT needed to relaunch its presence in Kronsberg, optimize youth engagement, and construct a 5-year strategy, there was need to find a platform to define organizational goals, formulate actionable 5-year targets, attract young people and provide technical support.
Solution
FIFE conducted a 3-phase methodology: Rapid evaluation (OECD-DAC), 3-day strategic planning workshop, and monthly technical follow-ups.
