Situation
The AQTVET initiative was designed to advance quality in technical and vocational education and training across African contexts. The programme needed rigorous evaluation to assess its effectiveness in improving educational quality and employment outcomes for graduates.
Solution
FIFE conducted a comprehensive evaluation using tracer studies of graduates, institutional capacity assessments, and labor market analysis. The methodology combined quantitative employment data with qualitative insights from employers, trainers, and graduates to provide a holistic assessment.
