The project was to improve the wellbeing of 500 most impoverished families in nutrition, health, education, and housing. The project’s target group consisted of about 95% extremely poor women and about 5% of vulnerable people with disabilities in the eastern section of Savanette Commune. The feasibility study utilized desk-review-centered, impact, and outcome-based approaches in addition to OECD-DAC criteria. It examined the multiple actors, factors, and contributions to interrelated causal chains of expected project results. It also identified project prerequisites, opportunities, and risks to the proposed project. A triangulation of mixed research methodology was used for data collection, analysis of data and reporting. |
